| The A's (7-3) have jumped back into the Miami Division race, one game back of the Kettering Royals entering Sunday's game. The A's have reeled off 5 straight wins since an extra-inning loss to the Rangers a month ago. Coach Whited has received some excellent pitching performances from Joey Watson, Jared Ramsey, and Matt Addis over the last few weeks in beating teams with a combined winning percentage of .620. Jon Webb has been hot at the plate going 5-for-6 with 7 runs scored in his last two games. The A's take on the Fusion on Sunday at Fairborn Legion as both coaches (Jeff Whited - Jared, David Bingham - Aaron) will be coaching their sons in a great Father's Day outing. |
| #2 - Miami Valley Cardinals |
 |
The Cardinals (7-3) jump up three spots to No. 2 this week on the heels of five consecutive wins, and are in a virtual tie atop the Buckeye Division. Pitching has been the key for the Cardinals as well over the past several games as Mark Hadaya, Nick Hansman, Kyle Vivier, and Zach Hembree have been stellar on the mound. Dillon Bell is 9 for his last 13 for the Cards, who take on the Thunder this Sunday at Kettering Fields.

The Sox (6-2) make their first appearance in the Who's Hot List after a 1-2 start. The Sox are riding a 5-game winning streak of their own, taking all contests over the last 10 days. The Sox recent extra-inning victory over the Ohio Mariners has given the B-Sox their fourth divisional win of the year heading into a divisional matchup with the Blue Jays on Sunday at Rotary Park. |
| #4 - SD Slammers |
 |
| Despite a tough 5-1 loss to the Sox during the week, the Slammers (7-3) remain on the Who's Hot List, although they drop out of the top spot for the second time this season. The Slammers did salvage a victory last week with a come-from-behind win over the Shockers last Sunday, their second 1-run win against the Shockers this year. The Slammers have another tough game this Sunday as they travel to Oak Grove Park in Centerville for a battle with the Ohio Mariners. The Slammers defeated the Mariners 14-9 on May 1 in their only other meeting. |
| #5 - Dayton Rangers |
 |
The Rangers (8-3) picked up a pair of wins over the Thunder last weekend to move within a 1/2 game of the Royals for the Miami Division lead. Shawn Schmitt picked up his league-leading fifth win of the year in a 10-4 victory over the Thunder. This Sunday at Valley View high school, the Rangers face the Shockers, who have played extremely well this season despite their record. The Rangers are 5-0 in divisional games this year, and are a surprising 17-1 against Miami Division opponents since the MVABL split into two divisions.
