Sox Bust Out Walking Stick

Rangers pitchers surrendered 10 free passes, including three painful ones en route to a 14-3 loss to the Beavercreek Sox.

The Sox scored 8 times in the first three innings with the help of 8 walks. The Rangers first two runs came in the bottom of the first as Jacob Robinson and Jeremy Lippincott each walked and stole a bag before Clint Wolf singled them both in to tie the game at 2-2. The Rangers only other run came in the fifth inning when Lippincott walked with the bases juiced.

Defensive performances of note: Matt Hood pushed his scoreless inning streak to 9 1/3 innings with 3 1/3 shutout innings of work.
