2012 ALL-STAR GAME
The Buckeye Division bested the Miami Division 7-5 in the closest All-Star Game outcome in recent memory. Springfield Indians infielder Paul Little had a big night as the rookie earned Offensive Player of the Game honors with three hits, including a home run and 5 RBIs. Matt Klaus of the Ohio Mariners earned Defensive Player of the Game honors with four innings off the mound, earning the win. Fury infielder Joey Everhart was the HR Derby King belting 5 longballs in round two (7 overall).

MVABL All-Stars defeat COMABL in 10
Congrats to the MVABL who defeated the COMABL 5-4 in 10 innings on Saturday at Time Warner Stadium in Dayton. Slammers pitcher Micah Wilson tossed 6 2/3 scoreless innings for the win. Mariners SS Cody Ridinger had a two-run double, and Shockers OF Matt Stiffler had an RBI single and scored on a wild pitch. Casey McGrew of the Columbus Red Devils launched a game-tying 3-run HR in the top of the ninth to force extra innings. In the bottom of the tenth, Rangers SS Jonmarc Lippincott singled home Shawn Haffner with the walk-off victory!

2011 ALL-STAR GAME
 The Miami Division avenged last year's loss to the Buckeye Division by winning 9-4 on Sunday, July 31 at Fifth Third Field. Warren County Shockers centerfielder Matt Stiffler became the first rookie since 2008 to win the game's Most Valuable Player award. Stiffler went 3-for-5 with a home run, double and 3RBIs. Camden Redlegs right fielder Jacob Robinson became the first player to win the Defensive Player of the Game honor on multiple occasions. Jake also won the award in 2007 as a shortstop in the All-Star game. Springfield Indians' Aaron Lawson won the HR Derby as he launched 4 long balls into the Dragons' Lair. Lawson is the second Indians player to win the Derby (Joey Herren, 2007).

2010 ALL-STAR GAME
 Sox coach Jeff Fruhwirth made it 4 straight All-Star game victories as the Buckeye Division won 11-8 on Sunday, August 1 at Fifth Third Field. Son Jeremey connected on 3 hits and Aaron Thacker drove in two runs to lead the Buckeye squad. Despite being on the losing end of the ballgame, Thunder shortstop David Moss (left) went 4-for-5 with 5 RBIs for the Miami Division and completed the first cycle in All-Star Game history to bring home Offensive Player of the Game honors. Royals shortstop Brian Duffy (right) was rewarded for diving in the hole and throwing out a speedy runner, and was named the Defensive Player of the game.

2009 ALL-STAR GAMES
 Sox coach Jeff Fruhwirth made it three straight All-Star game victories as his American squad won 10-6 on Sunday, August 9 at AIA. Taylor Hause (left) went 3-for-5 with 3RBIs and a home run to bring home All-Star Game MVP honors. In lieu of no outstanding plays on the field this year, "Superfan" Steve Dunlap (right) was rewarded for his bare-hand grab of a foul ball in the stands as the Defensive Play of the game.

MVABL All-Stars defeat COMABL 14-7
Co-MVPs Drew York (Thunder) and Taylor Hause (Shockers) each belted a grand slam in a 14-7 victory in the inaugural MVABL-COMABL All-Star game in Columbus on Saturday, August 8. Read the recap.

2008 ALL-STAR GAME
 The American Team scored in six of the nine innings to squeak out a 16-0 win over the National Team on Sunday, August 10 at Athletes in Action Sports Complex. Beavercreek Sox third baseman Brennen Glass became the second straight reserve player to win the game's Most Valuable Player award. Glass went 3-for-3 at the plate with a double, triple and 2 RBIs. Sox relief pitcher Dustin Lacy took home the Defensive Player award with three shutout innings on the mound, striking out five batters. Sox starting pitcher Wes Rehmert picked up the win. Earlier in the day, Sox first baseman Jon Dalton (pictured on the left) bested the Royals' Tim Peffley in sudden death of the 2008 Home Run Derby.

2007 ALL-STAR GAME
 The National Team scored eight runs in the final four innings to pull away from the American squad by a score of 11-4 on Sunday at Athletes in Action Sports Complex. Beavercreek Sox outfielder Chris Tabler became the first reserve player to win the game's Most Valuable Player award. Tabler went 3-for-3 at the plate with 2 RBIs and a double. Dayton Rangers shortstop Jake Robinson took home the Defensive Player award with two outstanding diving plays at short. Sox starting pitcher Tim Antil picked up the win with three scoreless innings of work.

2005 ALL-STAR GAME
 The American Team scored 7 runs in the first inning as they rolled to a 13-3 win over the National squad. The game's Most Valuable Player went to the Woodpeckers' Gabe Thomas who went 3-for-4 at the plate with a single, double, triple, and walk. He also drove in 2 runs and scored twice. Teammate Toby Stewart took home the game's Best Defensive Player award with 4 innings of quality work on the mound picking up the victory for the American team.

2004 ALL-STAR GAME
The Rangers' Clint Wolf and the Royals's Ron Runyon each homered to propel the National Team to a 15-10 win over the American Team. The game's Most Valuable Player went to Ron Runyon who had 2 hits, including a homerun, scored twice and drove in 4 runs. Mike Leach of the Astros took home the game's Best Defensive Player award with 3 assists including a double play.
