Aaron was the Machine's first round selection in the 2022 MVABL Draft and batted .518 over 21 games. The second-overall pick led all draft pick selections in nearly every offensive category. His best game of the season came early on in game 3 versus the Dodgers, where the hard-hitting lefty went 4-for-4 with a double, home run, scoring 3 times and driving in 5 runs. Strausbaugh finished with 9 multi-hit contests in his rookie campaign.
