CAMDEN REDLEGS

After turning in only 13 2/3 innings in the regular season, Eric came through in a big way during the Redlegs' championship run. He posted a 1.38 ERA in 13 innings, recording 10 strikeouts, and allowing just 2 earned runs.  

His first postseason win came against the Wright Knights, entering with the Redlegs trailing midway through Game 2 of the semifinals.  Williams held the Knights' offense at bay and allowed for the Redlegs to put together a comeback win to send the team to its first championship series.

Eric then pitched a 5-hit complete game against the Machine in Game 2 of the championship series. He allowed 1 run and struck out 7 to breathe new life into the club and send the Redlegs to a decisive Game 3.
