Cantrell picked up his second straight Coach of the Year award after guiding the Wild Boars to a franchise best 19-5 record. Joe has taken a 1-win expansion club in 2015, and increased his win total in each of his 5 seasons at the helm of the Boars. In fact, he is the first coach in league history to increase his win percentage in each of his first 5 seasons with a new team. Including stints with the Mariners and Devil Rays from 1996-2001, Cantrell carries a 140-124 lifetime record.
