The Boars bats would wake up in the 5th as they pushed 6 across batting around The Boars would add 2 in the 6th and 6 more in the 7th 3 of which came off a Brent Cox 3 run Home Run clearing the left field scoreboard.

The Boars had pulled out to 15 to 0 lead as Cox went to the mound in the 7th. But the Boars wasted little time in scoring after a BB to Bower resulted in a F/C from Seibert, Combs reached on an Error Thomas Troy smoked a ball to the fence for a 2 run RBI double. Jimmy Herold would single, and Nick Hundley would double for some more for the Boars who forced 6 across to lead 6 to 1.

The Dodgers would add a run in the 3rd and 4th but that’s all they would get as Dodd was stingy on giving up runs. The Rains came down in the 5th as the Dodgers were hitting but 3 straight fly balls ended the game as the umpires deemed it to wet to continue.
